A sought-after international speaker, Dr. Ben Lynch has delivered keynotes at leading medical and health conferences, including Cancer Treatment Centers of America, Orthomolecular Institute, Xymogen, WANP, Autism One, MAPS, SHEICON. He holds a Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from Bastyr University and a B.S. in Cell and Molecular Biology from the University of Washington.

She is dedicated to making supplements that she would recommend to her family and friends.
Neal Cochran | Purchasing Manager
With nearly two decades in the industry, Vil oversees all aspects of the production floor, from scheduling and daily task management to problem-solving and team training. Leading by example, he works alongside operators to ensure orders are completed efficiently and on time.
Starting as a packaging operator in 2005, Vil worked his way up to machine operator before stepping into leadership—an opportunity encouraged by mentors who recognized his dedication and potential. Over the years, he has taken on increasing responsibilities, developed new skills, and proven himself as a capable and trusted leader.
For Vil, the job is about more than just production—it’s about the people. His passion for teamwork and hands-on leadership has driven his success, making him proud of both his own growth and the achievements of his team. Excited for what’s ahead, he remains committed to excellence and continuous improvement.
Adam Rustad is the CEO of Seeking Health, bringing over 20 years of experience across banking, finance, and the supplement industry. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Economics, an MBA from Western Washington University, and is a Certified Managerial Accountant (CMA). Beyond work, Adam enjoys spending time with family, staying active through weight training, running, hockey, and golf, tending to his garden, and volunteering with youth sports organizations.

Neal Cochran has more than 19 years experience in procurement. He’s worked within the dietary supplement and food world and knows the cGMP, organic, and kosher requirements necessary to produce a superior product.
Neal is experienced in sourcing hard to find ingredients and qualifying new suppliers as well as working to keep costs as low as possible.
Tina Chappell-Pew | Account Services Manager
With 25 years of experience in retail supplement management and sales, Tina Chappell-Pew brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role as Account Services Manager. She has worked with industry leaders such as GNC, Super Supplements, and The Vitamin Shoppe, where she honed her skills in customer relations, sales growth, and team leadership.
In her current role, Tina serves as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring seamless communication, order processing, and account management. She works closely with internal teams—including production, quality control, and logistics—to guarantee timely fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Recognized for her leadership and ability to inspire those around her, Tina has received multiple awards for mentorship and team development. She believes in fostering a positive and engaging work environment, often sharing daily motivational affirmations with the team.

Rena Kildall | HR & Talent Development Manager
Rena Kildall is an experienced Human Relations & Talent Development Manager with 19 years in HR. She specializes in employee relations, professional development, and organizational growth, ensuring a positive workplace culture. At Seeking Health, she leads recruitment, training, retention, and HR compliance.
Before joining Seeking Health, Rena worked in banking and as a recruiter for a global tech firm. She has progressed through various HR roles, including building an HR department from the ground up and leading key initiatives like strategic compensation and benefits. She considers the acquisition of Sanozen one of her most valuable learning experiences.
Rena holds a Bachelor's in Business Administration (Marketing) from Marshall University and earned her SHRM-CP certification in 2020.
Outside of work, she enjoys time in Florida, college football, reading, and the occasional rom-com. She lives by three core values: loyalty, kindness, and resilience.
